Arms out at one month
Has anyone had success with arms out as early as one month? We have her in a Snoo so we aren’t worried about rolling, but she has never been a fan of having arms swaddled and she fights so hard she gets her arms out of the Velcro anyway. Our pediatrician said to try arms out already.

Baby awake most of the night.
My baby was born premature (31weeks) now he’s 43 weeks, he was waking up on his own every 3 hours to eat and get back to sleep. 6 month old transition from swaddle to arms out sleep sack!
Hi! Our baby has used for about the 5 months the traditional hands down to the side Velcro swaddle. About a month ago we purchased the swaddle me sack that has the arm zip off wings. We started with the hands up but still both hands zipped on. Then one night did one arm out (so we removed one wing) she woke up so many…

4 Month Regression
She used to sleep okay, never great. Now it’s taking a couple of hours to put her down and get her to stay asleep, laying her down over and over again. When she finally does stay asleep, it’s normally for 20 minutes, 40 max. It’s been like this for a week. We’re absolutely exhausted and have no idea what to do. She’ll…

9 month sleep regression
Hi, My daughter is 9.5 months old. We sleep trained her at 5.5 months. She used to sleep for around 11 hours approximately throughout the night without any wakings. For the last several weeks though, she has been waking up at 430 in the morning. We give her up to an hour to fall back to sleep but she rarely does. She cries…

2 nap to 1 nap transition
My 15 month old still takes 2 naps a day and we think he’s ready to make the transition to 1 nap because he’s been waking up early and sometimes refuses to take the second nap. But I’m just afraid of how to make the transition an easy one for him without him getting overtired or too upset to take a nap. How had everyone…

Baby refuses to nap in crib
My 6 month old boy is currently being sleep trained at night and weaned off night feedings gradually. Although that’s going fairly well,( he falls asleep on his own at night and rarely wakes up,) naps in the day are tough. We’ve always done contact napping and I’ve been trying to place him in the crib once drowsy like at…
