Muslin swaddle - breathing band

I was wondering if it was possible to use the Nanit breathing band if my baby was swaddled in a muslin blanket with the arms up. I know it’s recommended to have the breathing band under the arms and the Love to dream swaddle was recommended, but I was wondering if it would be also safe to do it that
