i have a 14 month old and he wakes up between 6-7 hes very cranky with no nap especially his afternoon nap however i notice around 10-1030 heās exhausted when do i know to cut out a nap? and how

Started pacifier to early?
I introduced the pacifier at about three weeks and I think it was too early. Rocking, rubbing her head helps, contact naps help but the pacifier seems to be the one that always does the trick. Iām thinking about weaning her off bc I donāt want her to get too dependent but I know itās going to be an issue. Any tips,ā¦

Possible exposure?
Any research on the possibility of Nanit cameras exposing our children to infrared rays? And the link between that and any health issues? The constant red light thatās constantly on has to be unhealthy for any length of exposure to such fragile developing minds/bodiesā¦?!

Grunting
Does anyone have a SUPER grungy baby when she sleeps at night? Our baby girl is so loud and sounds so uncomfortable at least half of the night. Pediatrician says she should grow out of it but I would love to hear from others with this experience.

Muslin swaddle - breathing band
I was wondering if it was possible to use the Nanit breathing band if my baby was swaddled in a muslin blanket with the arms up. I know itās recommended to have the breathing band under the arms and the Love to dream swaddle was recommended, but I was wondering if it would be also safe to do it that way. Thank you!
