Muslin swaddle - breathing band
I was wondering if it was possible to use the Nanit breathing band if my baby was swaddled in a muslin blanket with the arms up. I know it’s recommended to have the breathing band under the arms and the Love to dream swaddle was recommended, but I was wondering if it would be also safe to do it that way. Thank you!

Toddler Sleep Schedule Changes
My daughter who is 1 yr and 11 months. Has been changing her sleep habits. Due to my pregnancy we had to switch to a twin floor bed and no longer a crib, the railing would hurt my womb when I reached over. She sleeps in it but she also has changed times of her sleep. She use to wake up between 7-7:45am, nap between…

Sleep sack/Sleeping Bag
We are based in the UK and now the temperature is dropping we want to keep our 4 month old baby warm enough in the evenings. I have tried a non Nanit 2.5 tog sleeping bag and the Nanit alarm sounded which was frightening so I’m guessing it couldn’t pick up the breathing motion. When we use a blanket our baby kicks it off…

When did you stop swaddling?
Hi all! I have a 4 month old who just learned how to roll over (and boy did he stay up all night excited about that one☺️). Wake windows
Hello! my six month old struggles to stay awake for her age appropriate wake windows. She takes 3 sometimes 4 naps totalling 3.5hrs. Sometime the 4th nap needs to happen or her bedtime would be way to early. She can barely make 2hrs of awake time for her last wake window of the day or she becomes far to overtired. Is this…

Routines in the AM : how can you set the morning routine up for a 18month old curious child?
Mornings can be madness for most adults, let alone kids: 2 months ago, our 18month child was obedient and remained content in his space /playpen while us adults took turns getting ready for work. Now that Fall approaches, I fear our transitions from summer schedules/vacation routines will make returning to a more quiet,…

Short Naps
My daughter is 22 months old and she’s on a 6:30a-7a to 6:30p schedule. She naps around 12:30p right after eating her lunch. But lately she’s been only napping for one sleep cycle, around 30-40mins. She wakes up crying. She used to nap for around 1.5 hours about a month back. I don’t know why she’s just not wanting to take…

Early Bedtime/Morning Wake-Ups
Hi, my LO just turned 8 months on Aug. 1 (born 1 month early) and we struggle with him going down for the night without having to go in multiple times to finally get him to sleep. He’ll then sleep great but will tend to wake up bt 3:00 - 6:00 am. Sometimes it’s a quick visit to get him back to sleep and sometimes it…

When you start sleep training or following more stringent guidelines around wake/sleep times?
Hi all, My daughter is 2 weeks old and I was wondering how early you started sleep training or following specific guidelines surrounding wake/sleep hours. I have read the moms on call book that provides guidance on sleep training starting at 2 weeks, but a part of me feels like I want her to have some flexibility in…
