Transition 2:1 nap
We started the transition From 2 to 1 naps about a week ago. My son is 13.5 months old and wake up is 6 am. Originally his first nap was at nine or 9:30 AM. 10 Week Sleep Regression
My 10 week old has gone from sleeping a 9.5 hour stretch at night (1 or 2 wakes before, but not to feed) to 21 wake ups in the past two nights! Talk about a regression. Almost 2yo regression
My lo is 23 mos and all of a sudden has entered what seems to be a major regression. Typically wakes at 730-8am. Nap 1-3 pm. Arms out of Nanit swaddle making it loose
We put our 5 week old in the Nanit swaddles, and they are tight with arms down when he goes to bed. He wakes up with him arms up and hands coming out the top or touching his face. Holding upright for reflux, independently sleeping?
My daughter is 5 months old and we have to hold her upright after she feeds so that she does not spit up due to her reflux. During this time, she falls asleep so this is getting in the way of helping her learn how to fall asleep on her own. How have you guys worked around this?
