Short Naps

My seven month old has never been a great napper, unless it was a contact nap. She now takes 2 naps in her crib and consistently wakes up at the 30 minute mark crying. I try to let herself work it out for 10ish minutes but she is pretty upset and it’s hard. She isn’t able to go back down
