4 mo old not sleeping

my almost 4 month old has difficulty self soothing. the issue now is he is in a sleepsack and rolls to his tummy then screams multiple times a night because he cant roll back to his back sometimes and i always have to get up to help him. advice? what are you guys doing? he sleeps 9pm to 4am usually
