Baby waking up at 5 am
my son will be 7 months on November 24th. He is going to bed around 6:30pm and waking up at around 5 am. He is then of course tired an hour and a half later.
how do I reset his sleep schedule? Ideally would like his bedtime to be at 7pm. His last nap is usually from 3:30-4pm. He is sooo tired at 6pm that it seems like stretching til a later bedtime would be hard but willing to do the work to get him on a better schedule. Any advice would be appreciated,
