Sleep during illness
Multiple daycare illnesses has had my 5 month old wanting to sleep earlier and falls asleep right after eating. I keep getting notifications on letting him fall asleep on his own, but when he’s sick he needs extra comfort. Am I setting myself up for failure?

8 month old frequently wakes up at night
My baby girl has always been soothed to sleep- my mama heart can’t take the cry it out method. We tried it for about a week and each time she would cry anywhere from 20-60 minutes before falling asleep. She has rarely slept through the night-waking at least once for a feeding. She wakes up more than that but self soothes…

Footie Pajamas
I am putting my baby in the footie pajamas with breathing sensor pattern, but I’m noticing that he is waking early mornings due to being cold and temp dropping. Additionally, I have the breathing back, but I have a feeling his sleep sack is too thick to effectively detect motion. And lastly, Nanit’s sleep sack is ok, but…

How to get one more hour.
my 10 month old goes to bed between 7-7:30 every night but has been waking up consistently at 5am. Not crying but just waking up like he’s easy to start the day, standing and babbling in his crib. How do I get him to sleep for at least another hour? 5 is just too early for him to be awake for the day. He falls asleep on…

Victory, finally!
Due to some family challenges, our now 13 months old spent 5-6 months in the night care of his grandparents from 5 months age, consistently being shaken to sleep, irregular sleep schedule, not enough outdoor time, too much milk and not enough proper solids. It took almost 3 months back at home to get him into a proper…
