5 1/2 month old nap transition
greetings! wondering if anyone transitioned their 5 1/2 month old from 3 naps to 2 early? she’s been on 3 naps for over 2 months , was sleeping 7:30-6, now waking 5am. 9 month regression
We sleep trained our baby around five months to help with night disturbances. We didn’t follow it perfectly every night but overall had success with putting her down and getting her back to sleep.
