Start the year off right with a better routine - 3 easy tips

If your family’s sleep got off track over the holidays, you're not alone! Getting back into your routine will help you all bounce back in 3 easy steps....

  1. Get back to an early bedtime. Lots of us fall into later bedtime with holiday festivities. Returning to a normal bedtime (generally between 6-8pm), may mean moving in small increments, like 15 minutes at a time, or going cold turkey. Either way, be sure to give yourself a few days to get back to your schedule before work/childcare is in session.
