Angry wakeups by 4am = zombie parents

Hello Dr, we've been desperate for a month since our 16months baby wakes up at 4:20. Every morning. Sometimes even earlier. We can't comfort him because he doesn't want to be touched, he throws angry the pacifier which irritates him even more, he cries non stop at full volume etc (it's not like before that he only spoke or complained)
