I had a question about this because I know you're not supposed to use pattern sheets as it can interfere with the breathing tracking. Does the sleep sack AND pajamas also need to be solid or it doesn't matter? also, what…

Sleeping
How do I get my daughter who’s almost 3 months old to fall asleep on her own without having to place her in the swing. She usually cries to the point where I have to pick her up and she falls asleep on me and then she’s fine being moved. Is it just a phase that she needs me or what can I do?

I try to let herself work it out for 10ish minutes but she is pretty upset and it’s hard. She isn’t able to go back down on her own and if I go in she is…

Arms out of Nanit swaddle making it loose
We put our 5 week old in the Nanit swaddles, and they are tight with arms down when he goes to bed. He wakes up with him arms up and hands coming out the top or touching his face. It is a problem because it gets the swaddle loose and I’m scared it’s going to cover his face. Anyone have this problem or suggestions? Is it…
