New camera/insights subscription
We replaced our camera with the new pro, our old camera account had been upgraded to insights premium, why does the new camera not have the same insights? It’s the same account. We are not using both cameras.

We have some friends expecting their first child and they have expressed interest in Nanit. We would like to gift them a camera, stand, and a year of Insights. Are the gift cards on the online store able to be used for Insights purchases?

Insights expiration warnings even though on auto-renew.
Just reporting a quality-of-life issue for the iOS app. My wife and I were getting multiple "You need to renew before April 12th to avoid losing your data, videos, clips, etc." type messages.
