I have two issues that’s not being resolved through the web form.


  1. when I purchased the nanit back in November of 2021, it came with a year free of insights. I read that if you enable it right away that you cannot go back. So I waited until yesterday to activate the 1 year free insights. Upon activation, it shows that it’s only free for 1 month and not the 1
