Insight Subscription Before Baby Turned One

Has anyone been able to fix this problem? My babies are 9 months old. We set up our nursery and Nanits last June just to be prepared because you never actually know when twins are going to come and I wanted to feel prepared. I guess we didn’t realize that just by setting up the cameras, our free year automatically
