I was double charged for Nanit insights and have been trying to reach support via email and telephone for days with no luck or response. I don't want to file a claim with my bank if avoidable but will if need be.

How to set up Nanit without starting insights subscription
Hello, I just had my baby but I do not want to start the insights subscription yet. I would just like to use the camera. However when I tried to set up the camera in the app, it tells me I have to pair it but that will start my subscription. How can I use just the camera until I’m ready to live the baby in her room? thanks!
