Does anyone know how to activate the free Insights subscription with the Plus camera? I contacted support a week ago and haven't gotten a response.

Hi - I was auto-billed today for Insights for my child. I meant to cancel this as she will be nearing two and we no longer need it. Is it possible to get a refund on this? Thanks

How to set up Nanit without starting insights subscription
Hello, I just had my baby but I do not want to start the insights subscription yet. I would just like to use the camera. However when I tried to set up the camera in the app, it tells me I have to pair it but that will start my subscription. How can I use just the camera until I’m ready to live the baby in her room? thanks!

Why won’t my basic insights subscription work?
I’ve been double charged for the basic insights subscription and it can’t be activated on my Nanit. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve reached out to company support and haven’t had a response.

Upgrade from insight basic to premium plan.
I have a basic plan with is free for 1st year. So I wanted to upgrade from basic to premium and could you add those $60 to the premium plan?

Retroactive access to data?
Hello, if we upgrade from the Insights basic, will we get retroactive access to our data, depending on the plan we choose? Or is the new subscription only applicable for data collected moving forward?

Upgrade question
If I upgrade from premium plan to the ultimate plan will I have access to video clips from the time I started using the Nanit camera (and not just when the ultimate plan started)? I.e. if I started on premium plan in July and upgrade to ultimate in November, will I be able to see video clips from July?

Nanit Basic
I just got a notification that my Nanit subscription was coming to an end. I use the nanit for the alerts when my son is moving in the crib and to monitor his breathing if he's wearing the onesie. Does that still work with the basic plan?

Once the Insights subscription ends, if we do not renew, how many other people can we grant access to view the live feed? It says with insights basics you get 2 users.
