Nanit no longer finding baby in crib

Nanit insights not documenting correctly
I have readjusted my crib. Have reset the Nanit and it is still giving me insights that are incorrect. Baby is OBVIOUSLY not asleep and it says he’s been helped to sleep. Baby is OBVIOUSLY AWAKE and it says he’s still asleep. How can I fix this? Ongoing for 5 days now!

Nanit not recording data and says away
Our Nanit has been recently not recoding data and has long periods of away when the baby is sleeping in the crib. The camera is positioned in the middle of the crib with no obstructions. Any ideas what the issue is?

Incorrect night summaries
My night summaries have been incorrect almost every night. Feeling a bit frustrated as this was not an inexpensive monitor. He sleeps well (usually 8 hours a night) but the summary is sometimes saying he only gets 2 or 3 hours. How can I fix this?
