Night summary
I’m wondering why sometimes I receive night summaries and sleep analytics on my flex stand but not all the time? Also while searching I’m wondering why the flex stand doesn’t support that bit yet it has given it to me a few times now

Why does my nanit only say Good Evening Mom now?
My Nanit used to tell us when our baby fell asleep "I fell asleep X minutes ago" but now it just says "Good Evening Mom." Is there a way to turn this feature back on? We don't have premium and never have, it just showed up for us.

Nanit doesn’t show activity during nighttime but works fine during the day.
been this way for several months and I have opened a ticket before and gotten no response.

No weekly nap data
My Nanit does a good job tracking daily naps in the dashboard under the day tab but when I switch to the week tab it has no data about the naps. And the month tab doesn't show anything but an error.

Camera is not recording insights
Hi! I just resigned up for insights and the camera isn’t recording activity. I purchased the upgrade through the app and it’s been a full night and day where no activity is being recorded. Insights are WAY off.
I've before but today it was so glaringly off. I put my baby down for a nap and she was upset. She cried until 8:25 a.m. but the app is saying at 9:15am she's been asleep for over an hour. She was very clearly crying and moving so I don't understand why the app marked her asleep.

Flex Stand Dashboard not working
I’m trying to figure out why my Nanit dashboard is not working with my flex stand. It says it’s not available? But that doesn’t make sense. I should be allowed to see it. What’s the point of the flex stand if you can’t see the dashboard.

No daily summary

Nanit suddenly counting night hours as daytime sleep
2 nights ago I noticed the sleep info was off. I then noticed it had taken the 8 to 1q1 sleeptime as daytime and therefore broken up the night and it seems like baby slept less. It did it again last night. My settings havent changed, I am not in a different time zone. Not sure what to do to fix this. Appreciate any insight.

Advanced Sleep Analytics Not Working
I changed my daughters bedtime on the nanit app from 7-9 to 6-8, and i lost all the advanced sleep analytics from the day i changed it onward, does anyone know why? Thanks!

Stops giving us Insights - have wall mount
I have a wall mount and after updating the app recently, it has stopping giving us insights. It is giving me a message about a “flex stand” but I do not have one, never have. Have been using the same camera and wall mount for 5 years. Is there a bug with the most recent app update??

Not tracking day time sleep
Good day, Recently my Nanit Pro has not been tracking day time sleep anymore, it is tracking night time sleep and then at nap times it wil say 'fell asleep 13 hours ago'. The daytime nap also does not appear on the dashboard… Is there something I can do to rectify this, please help as this is really frustrating. Many thanks

Unable to edit dashboard
I’m trying to update the “went to bed” time and do not see the three dots on the upper right corner. Why am I able to update some nights and not others (some nights have the three dots in the corner and others do not)?
