I can no longer see my daughter's activity, dashboard etc. I can only see the live camera, however when my husband logs in, he still has full access to everything and the app is working as normal. Night summary with wrong videos for the events

My nanit always records active sleep as my baby waking up. Her eyes are still closed and she’s just transitioning between sleep cycles. Is there a way to account for that?

Not recording activity
the camera stopped recording activities such as baby’s sleep and day naps. Says the baby is away while she is sleeping. This has been happening for a few days now. We reset the camera but it didn’t fix anything.
