Replaced camera and insights disappeared
Good afternoon,
I’ve tried contacting support several times this week but no response. I replaced my Nanit plus camera with a Nanit pro a few days ago and have since no had any insights. I am subscribed to premium insights and it clearly states that in my settings… ive Tried all the recommendations, crib position, unplug, reset etc and still no insights
