Nanit insights not documenting correctly

I have readjusted my crib. Have reset the Nanit and it is still giving me insights that are incorrect. Baby is OBVIOUSLY not asleep and it says he’s been helped to sleep. Baby is OBVIOUSLY AWAKE and it says he’s still asleep. How can I fix this? Ongoing for 5 days now!
