The camera updated a few days ago. Since then, my background audio is not working. It will work for a few seconds and then stop working. Please advise on how to fix. I tried turning the Nanit off and on by unplugging it. Tried force closing app, removing camera, rebooting phone. Problem still persists.
Is it common for the speaker on the monitor to burst? All of a sudden, all noise coming from the monitor sounds extremely grainy and not clear. We use white noise with every put down, and the noise output is so different from what it used to be, it’s now distracting to my baby.
we’ve had the Nanit less than two days and already the camera is not working. We have tried other plugs etc and it’s still not working. Really annoyed as this appears to be an issue that comes up for others - it’s absolutely ridiculous for such an expensive camera. Not been able to connect with a staff via telephone.
