Hello, my night vision has stopped working. The red IR lights are on but there isn't the usual clicking sound when it switches from day to night mode. See screenshot attached. When I shine a torch in the room I can see everything but nothing in the dark.

the camera is attaching loosely to the stand and no longer turning on. Super frustrating since I’m traveling and don’t have access to a new stand. Tried connecting to another mini usb but apparently doesn’t work. I really needed the camera for my trip. Any chance there is a way to make it work ?
