Sound and video history not working

hello,
I’ve updated the app and now I get zero sound from Nanit and my video history is not recording. Additionally the event list is not updating. It says the crib was attending nearly 3 hours ago but in reality it was 45 minutes ago. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app.

This is the third time in as many weeks that I have had issues with Nanit and have to do a ton of troubleshooting to solve it. When will all these issues be solved and how do I hear my audio now?
