For the past few days, my nanit background audio will stop after exactly 1 minute when I either switch screens out of the app (not closing the app) or my phone locks. Hi - for the past month when I set the app to "background audio" once I am out of the app the audio skips in and out. I can hear my white noise machine and then it gets choppy. Seems to be a common issue for a lot of people. And yes I have power cycled many times. please help
