I am trying to set up our my Nanit Pro however due to residential conditions the WiFi is through ask4 Wi-Fi of which I have an account with. On iPhone 17 Pro, Nanit background audio stops immediately when switching apps, even with screen unlocked. Background App Refresh is on and Low Power Mode is off. It seems to be a Nanit IOS issue!?
Recently every time I go to use the two-way microphone to talk to my daughter through the camera it says connection failed and to try again. We have unplugged the camera and power source and the issue continues. I have updated my app in the App Store so just very confused on why this feature no longer works.
