I am experiencing the same thing. Camera suddenly went dark and no longer has any visibility in low light.
In the activity center it's nice normal speed, but the insight memory is at 1.5 speed and with no sound rendering it useless. Is there any setting I need to change in the app? How can I save the normal speed version?

The wifi button is stuck loose and I'm unable to press it to connect to wifi. This is super disappointing after such a short time with a very expensive monitor. I'm also now travelling for 3 days and unable to use the camera for my child.
I activated my Nanit Pro camera in August when my baby moved to a crib. The camera I have came with a free one year subscription to analytics etc. My subscription has just ended, over 6 months early. Why would this happen?

Once again Nanit is not working on Google Home Display devices. This matter was resolved in another thread and proceeded to work for about 48 hours. Please investigate with Google
Hi, I have added the camera to Google Home and it appears in Google Home but just sits on a screen showing connecting with a spinning wheel. I have tried the steps in your guide but have not had any success just the same spinning wheel. Please can you help? This is the reason I chose this camera. Thanks, Sam
It would be great if you could mute the volume for set amount of time (i.e. 1, 5, 10 minutes). My son starts making noise and we want to give him a chance to put himself back to sleep, but don’t want to forget to turn the volume back on later. Thanks!
This is an ongoing issue. No video available. It even happened one night when my child was vomiting in his crib. I ran up there when the video stopped streaming. But again now. It’s been 15 min and the video won’t load on the app. Why is this happening?
