hi there, about a month and a half ago my camera started making a permanent static noise and barely detects my son’s voice. It’s incredibly annoying to have the app on to listen for my son bc the static sounds hurt my ears.
all of a sudden for the past few days the nanit is constantly refreshing and reconnecting "getting video stream" on my iPad . we have put it on its own dedicated wifi band, ive reinstalled the app and reset the ipad. I don't know how to fix it.
