Hello, I have the Nanit pro and the subscription I have comes with baby milestones for each month. The app says Nanit will capture images each month of our baby to show how much they’ve grown. The progress for this milestone still shows 0% and it’s been a month already. How do I get this fixed?
I need some advice or help on this. I have a 2 year old and 8 month girl who only picks at her main dish of food. I have Nanit pro. The Nanit app video stream does not work unless I’m on home WiFi. So i can’t watch video when away from home. It used to work fine until recently. There’s no WiFi only setting on.
first time Mom! My son is eight months old and loves to have a blanket for every nap and bedtime. He pushes it away. However he loves holding it. Is this a concern?
How has this not been fixed yet? If you add a manual entry in the growth chart, the date goes to the day before. So every time, I have to edit it the next day for yesterday. I already contacted support twice over this.
Hello, Looking for guidance on how to turn off the red lights on the Nanit camera. my baby does not fall asleep unless I rock him for a while. Naps mostly by contact naps. And bedtime have to keep him on me for a while before putting him down.
So my son has been sick since 1mo old. Lately hes been having 105 fevers (mostly 102-103.6) ped cant find anything other than most likely viral. Where are the release notes for firmware versions? I dont see it up to date.
I love the activity buttons but wish there was more options such as medicine logging, food logging, and temperature/ sickness logging.
