Flex stand doesn't support Insights

just bought and installed a Nanit Pro camera with a Flex stand on a fixed wall mount.the app now says it doesnt support Insights which is in contradiction with marketing material. How can i get FULL functionality as advertised?
it also constantly “buffer”.
