4-5 months ago I was getting red alerts every night for a week straight and you guys downgraded my firmware. Then I didn’t get one until this week where I’ve gotten my second one in two nights. Can you please send the app the previous firmware so I can downgrade and my baby and I can stop getting woken up in the middle of…
our Nanit showed a disconnect at 3:17 AM and then ultimately alarmed at 3:32 AM. We are positive this was a false alarm. Our baby immediately jumped when the alarm went off and then began crying when I picked her up. How long does it take Nanit to review this after you submit the false alarm claim?
I’ve had multiple red alerts with week, two tonight alone within 12 minutes. I can’t go back to bed because I’m worrying my child might have breathing problems, please help me. I can’t attach a video as I can’t afford insights but I’m so worried about my child, she really wants to sleep through the night but we keep waking…
If you had a false red alert & reported it, how long does it take for the support team to get back to you after investigating??? Ive had 2 red alerts two nights in a row and i dont know if my baby is having breathing issues or its completely false. Im scared
I am beginning to wonder if I am getting false alarms or my baby has breathing issues, I used the Nanit for 2 years with my first baby and no issues, been using it with my 8 week old for about a week now and first 3-4 nights completely fine, the last two nights at 3:03, 4:18 and 4:39 am after a 5 hour stretch prior to a…
After using our Nanit Pro with no issues for over six weeks, we are now suddenly getting consistent No Breathing false alarms. The first one was on 10/5/2024 at 2:28 AM. We then received two more — 10/5/2024 at 8:41 PM and again at 2:14 AM. All three times the baby has been breathing and sleeping deeply, and responds to…
hello! I received a very scary red alert last night, and I am feeling very anxious. I started doing some research but cannot find any answers on what to do or how to react when a red alert sounds.
i am losing sleep seeing that my Nanit is registering that my baby is moving while she isn’t because I assume that it interrupts her breathing monitor and won’t alert me accurately if she stops breathing. How do I fix this
My 21 month toddler just had a red alert go off tonight. This is the second time it’s ever gone off (the first time was in September.) I thought we maybe got a false alarm back in September, but after a repeat tonight, I’m not so sure. How can I find out for sure if it was real so we can decide whether or not to pursue…
Is there a reason for not having an older than 24 month breathing band? Our child is now 2 years old but it would be great to keep monitoring while she is still in a crib.
