Hi, We have been using our Nanit camera for a few months now, and have recently started using the breathing band and associated feature on the app on my phone. We haven't had any issues until tonight. For some reason I am now getting a message saying "Searching for baby with breathing wear". Every time I recalibrate the…
I am not receiving red alerts, but I am getting VERY frequent alerts that breathing wear motion cannot be detected. These followed immediately by a message that monitoring has been resumed. These alerts are happening anywhere as often as twice a minute. Additionally, the information displayed on the monitor seems to have…
I just got a red alert this morning and on the video honestly could not tell if my baby was breathing. There was movement and her eyes opened when I picked her up but it's still scary wondering if she was startled into breathing again. Nanit support email simply said it picked up a pattern in her crib but her sheets are…
hello - when i click to start the breathing band connection, it says “connecting 1/3” and is stuck on that. What can i do??

daughter’s breathing band is not registering. App has been sitting in a “Connecting… 1/3” for the last hour + . Have tried to unplugging device, resetting WiFi router, redownloading the app, nothing works. It’s 4:30 in the morning. What is going on

At the start of the night I will enable the breathing monitoring. It starts without an issue. After a few hours I’ll take a look at the camera and notice it’s in a loop that isn’t tracking breathing but instead cycling between - searching for breathing motion and whatever the next step is. It’ll continue to do this unless…
hello, I have had my Nanit Camera and breathing band for 6months with no issues. Starting this week, i keep getting alerts that Nanit can’t find the breathing band and to tap to reconnect. I do and the band connects but, the connection drops. I’ve ensured everything is out of view, lowered the bandwidth, and her sheets…
