the temperature displayed on the app is incorrect. I always compare it to the Aircon one and a temperature reader , those 2 are always in sync whilst the app one always shows reflects much lower readings . How does one fix this ?

Hello, first time mom here and I got the Nanit camera and the SNOO bassinet. Just wondering if anyone has both of these and have used them. Getting mixed answers regarding using the Breathing function on the Nanit with the motion of the SNOO. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Nanit have clearly made this a harder task than it needs to be. They also make sure that there are no solutions to this hiding in other discussions How or where do I cancel this?
