Notifications delayed
I just got my nanit pro camera and have to say I am kinda disappointed at how delayed the notifications are. I have been searching the community and done the reset of both the app and camera and it still takes 20-30 seconds for the notifications to pop up. Network connection is also good. Any suggestions?

No sound on iPhone when receiving alerts

Noise Notification’s for Dogs Barking and not baby

Delayed Notifications and notifications with no sound
Hello- recently we have received delayed notifications and inconsistent notifications with no sound alert when all ringers and volumes are at its highest on our phones. We run the app all night on charged iPhones version 16.3.1.

No notifications outside app
I am not able to receive notifications outside the app. I need to be physically looking at my app to know motion detection or any notification because it’s not going to my phone. I have checked settings and it’s all ok.
