Not receiving motion notifications

hello, we’ve set up our Nanit pro camera and as I sit watching my baby roll around in her cot on the app, we are not receiving any motion alerts! She can even turn 180 in the night and nothing is picked up which is quite worrying. Sensitivity levels are right up and camera is positioned correctly. We’ve tried resetting
