I received a red alert but my husband didn’t.

We just had our first red alert. Luckily, our baby is fine but when I received the alarm, I assumed my husband would as well since we share the account. He works nights as a nurse so if something happens I would like him to be aware. However, he didn’t get any sort of notification or alarm. Why is that?
