Nanit No Longer Displays Sleep Analytics

Hi there,

We bought our Nanit Flex Stand in August of 2023 and have a one year subscription to Insights Premium. However, this week we are no longer receiving information about when our baby wakes/falls asleep, when she was last attended to, etc.


We have checked the crib positioning and the app says it’s fine. We have also updated sleep/wake times as suggested by Nanit but that didn’t help either.
