can anyone tell me how to make the alerts work if my phone is locked . How do you get notified in the middle of the night if the bbay is crying?
The microphone on the app keeps saying failed connection, try to uninstall, disconnect from internet etc, reinstalled however no luck. I have an android. I saw posts about this from March, would have hoped that this issue would have been resolved by now. Appreciate any guidance because I don't know what to do.
This is happening to us as well. I’ve submitted a ticket but haven’t heard back yet. We’ve tried unplugging, resetting and enabling night mode. Still not working. We are running on iPhones iOS version 16.6 Nanit app version 3.11.7 (617) Please help!
I am unable to connect our camera, I have another for my son that I tried wich worked fine so I know it’s not the power supply. No lights come one when pressing the wifi button. Reset button doesn’t seem to do anything either.
Hello, there are quite a few posts of peoples sound broken after the update. Where is the hot fix to fix this? No more sound out of my oldest model but newest model works. Did all the power cycling already
the white noise, nature sounds, and microphone are no longer working on our Nanit. The camera is working, but no audio. I’ve seen several posts about this and have tried the recommended troubleshooting to no avail.

I have just installed my Nanit pro with stand and our first night was a failure because the Nanit camera didn’t automatically switch to “night vision” to allow us to see our baby at night. I tried to look in the app and online how to turn it on, but there’s nothing except how to turn the night light on… how can I turn on…
Since the app updated on my iPhone and iPad this past week, it seems as if the video streaming is hazy. If it wasn’t for the breathing band, baby blends into the crib. It’s also made it harder for the breathing band to be picked up. I’ve cleaned the camera lens but not sure what other troubleshooting I can do.
