I’m very unhappy with the functioning of insights. If paying for a subscription I should get the features promised. The app inserts video at times it didn’t happen, doesn’t show video of things that did happen, misses when we interact with the kids, when my son gets out of bed etc etc etc. I’ve contacted customer service…

hello- my audio has stopped working after working fine for over 6 months - I’ve reset everything possible, updated the app, turned off my phone and the Nanit, and still no sound… the issue is present for both my husband and I, but everything else seems to work perfectly fine.

The live feed is working fine but every other page/tab looks like it's going to load and then hangs without ever loading. I have restarted the nanit, made sure the app is updated, restarted the app…nothing working. Any ideas?
