Camera barely works past 24+ hours

if viewing individually, we get the trying to reconnect message and troubleshoot button. If on split screen it often says feed not available. I have unplugged the camera once, but I can’t do that al night while my daughter is asleep. Feed randomly goes in and out. Support hasn’t had a fix thus far. anyone else?
