I’m trying to figure out why my Nanit dashboard is not working with my flex stand. It says it’s not available? But that doesn’t make sense. I should be allowed to see it. What’s the point of the flex stand if you can’t see the dashboard.
Should camera firmly fit into multi stand like it does floor stand? Ours is very wobbly and easily becomes disconnected. I’ll attach picture where you can tell it doesn’t full connect.

I have checked my settings and the sound is on. I have also unplugged and replugged the camera to the outlet. It doesn’t work in either mine or my husbands phone.
Hi both mine and my partners phone have no sound coming from the bsby monitor for the last 2 days. Have tried resetting and on and off etc but it has made no difference

With the fall 2023 app update the app night light no longer appears to support brightness at 1% (or any numbered percent, now fixed settings). The lowest setting appears to be what would have been 5% or brighter, which is too bright for the baby. Is this user error, or has this update eliminated some key functionality…
