hi there, I have 3 Nanit cameras one for each of my kids - 2 of them are working fine and 1 of them has no sound ! I can see my son but I cannot hear anything ?
I have installed and setup the camera and app today, it is not showing the free one year insights that was promised. Please enable it.
I moved it from the floor stand to the Flex Stand and now the nightlight never flashes to boot or to pair. All of the help articles only list iOS and Android support, but with Nanit working with Amazon for Alexa/Echo skills does this mean the app is also easily installed on an Amazon Fire Tablet?

I installed two Nanit Pro cameras in my babies nursery 3 nights ago. The Day/Night Summary worked the first day and night and after that hasn't worked since. How do I go about getting that feature back where I can track how long my baby slept and if there were any interruptions etc.
