Unable to activate Insights Premium

We already purchased the year subscription to Basic back in April. We decided we wanted to upgrade to Premium. The whole process was extremely convoluted - it would not let us upgrade from our current plan and we ended up buying the year for Premium outright, redeemed the code and it STILL isn’t reflecting.

How do we get credit back from our original Basic purchase and why is Premium not showing it’s active.
