Hi - for the past month when I set the app to "background audio" once I am out of the app the audio skips in and out. I can hear my white noise machine and then it gets choppy. Seems to be a common issue for a lot of people. And yes I have power cycled many times. please help
Hello, I use an iPad and have the app continuously on loud on my bedside table. I have now twice woken up to the app with the speaker button turned off when I have not pressed anything. This has resulted in me not hearing my baby’s cries in the night. Why is the app doing this?

Does anyone know how I can get a replacement leg for the old tripod floor stand? I was packing my Nanit + floor stand to pass on, and noticed one of the side legs missing. It's the one that screws on, white with a gray tip. Does anyone know if I can get a replacement one sent to the new owner?

I noticed my son turned 3 months old today and the reminder with picture memory showed up immediately, but now going back to look in memories it is gone! My daughter is also missing 1 month and 8 months on her feed. Could I please get info on what to do/submit ticket? Thank you!!
I find that my nanit doesn’t actively show the proper temperature. I have temperature sensors in the room since they control when heat/AC turn on. The difference in temperature is about 10 degrees sometimes which is a lot. Like right now, room is at 71 degrees but Nanit shows 81. There is no way it’s that hot in the room.
When I get an activity alert from my new Nanit Pro for motion, sound, etc, and I click on it, it takes me to a screen to view the video but it just says “Video is processing. Please try again in a couple of minutes”. Is it normal to get this error? It seems to somewhat defeat the purpose of being able to see what happens…
The night vision has stopped working again… the red lights are on and I have turned it on and off in the app and rebooted the camera. Very frustrating as this has happened before and was resolved.
