Adding a new baby profile to the app

I'm trying to add our newborn to the app, because we don't need it for our toddler anymore.

I've already detached my camera from the toddler's profile, and reset it based on other support documentation. Now how am I supposed to create the new baby's profile to add the camera to? Shouldn't there be somewhere in the UI to add a baby?
