my audio is not working on the app. I’ve deleted and updated app and logged in and out and still not working
I Purchased a Nanit pro camera and it won’t power on right out of the box. What are the options to fix this? Tried different plugs and power blocks, won’t turn on, has never powered on.

hi, in the past few days, the audio on my Nanit app works on and off. Sometimes I have to close and reopen the app to get the audio working. Is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it? Thank you
In the middle of the night when my son is crying the sound isn't working until I open the app then it seems like it reboot and starts working again. I have ensured the volume is fully on even when the screen is off.

The camera updated a few days ago. Since then, my background audio is not working. It will work for a few seconds and then stop working. Please advise on how to fix. I tried turning the Nanit off and on by unplugging it. Tried force closing app, removing camera, rebooting phone. Problem still persists.
