My nanit app shows the wrong time in some places
on the main app screen, when my baby is sleeping it says, "Hi ****, I have been asleep for X hours and Y minutes". But the time it gives is off by 15-30 minutes. I've tried turning off the nanit for 10 minutes, restarting the app, signing out and back in, and even deleting the app and redownloading it. But nothing fixes…

Audio stopped working
Hello. Earlier today, the camera stopped collecting temperature and humidity data, so we unplugged the camera and then reconnected it. We now have temperature and humidity data but no longer have any audio coming through from the camera to our phones. Video works just fine. Please help.

10 week old's active sleep marked as "Baby woke up"

I have the iCUBO and recently purchased the Nanit to compare and the one thing that may make me return the Nanit is that I can only take photos and not record from my app. am I missing something and I in fact can record? Or Nanit doesn’t have that capability?

Red Alert
We had our first red alert today. The baby was out of the crib being fed. He's been out loads of times and the alert hasn't sounded (we even questioned if it worked at all). Anyone else experienced anything like this. We haven't done anything differently.
