Activity and Dashboard not showing

Yesterday, all my features stopped working. I can no longer see my daughter's activity, dashboard etc. I can only see the live camera, however when my husband logs in, he still has full access to everything and the app is working as normal. I tried logging out and logging back in, made sure all the updates were completed on the
