Where can I give feedback on app updates

The app has recently undergone an update for me which means that the interface looks more user friendly but both sound and light have lost the numerical setting it previously had and I relied on. So for example, I used white noise set to '40' nightly as what worked for us. Now I'm guessing based on sound which is impossible
