hello, I just got this camera and I was wondering if I can upgrade my subscription before the free period is over or do I need to wait until it’s over?
It worked for a couple of months and now all of a sudden the camera will not connect. I have had our WiFi checked and I’ve tried reconnecting tons of times. I have even had it switched to 2.4 ghz, still no luck. I need this camera to work now.
