Nanit pro floor stand - won’t turn on

just got a brand new Nanit pro. Followed the instructions and the light won’t turn on at all. Tried troubleshooting like 1) connect it to another usb power or plug; 2) long press the reset button; and the light just won’t turn on. Please assist us.
