I’m trying to set up my sound and light machine. I have followed the prompt to scan the QR code, I have even tried troubleshooting by holding down the two top buttons on the back. The light flashes 3 times both ways but the device won’t connect to the network. I’m using WiFi. What am I doing wrong?
My Nanit sound will randomly cut off and immediately wakes my baby up because he is used to white noise. Although it does come on a few seconds later it is enough to disrupt his sleep which he often will not go back to sleep. I have seen many posts about this and no information about a fix. Please help.

As stated, sound+light machine is failing to update firmware. Currently using version 1.2.7. Device is plugged in and connected to wifi, confirmed with lights on the bottom of the machine.
