Unable to setup WiFi and connect

Brand new device, unable to setup Wifi successfully.. Have tried everything (resetting wifi, resetting device), still doesn't connect to my 2.4G wifi network nor able to update firmware. I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps and still nothing.
