Cant send a code to this phone number - 2 factor authentication

Hi - I created and verified my account successfully. However, when I try to complete the 2‑step authentication process, I receive the errors shown in the attached images.

I’m based in the Philippines, and the phone number format here typically follows this structure: +63 9XX **** XXXX.

I tried reinstalling the app and tested it on both my desktop and mobile device. I’m still experiencing the same issues! What’s really confusing is that my wife was able to create her account and access the camera without any problems, and we’re even using the same cellphone provider. Meanwhile, it doesn’t work on my end.
